OVERVIEW
Planex Sofia is an interactive web platform designed to present a new residential development in a clear, modern and visually engaging way. Instead of browsing static property lists and separate documents, visitors can move naturally from the overall development to a specific entrance, floor and property.
The main objective was to create a digital experience that simplifies the property selection process while presenting the development at a level that reflects the quality of the construction itself. Property information, imagery, availability and key content are organised within one consistent system, accessible across desktop and mobile devices.
The platform combines interactive visualisation, detailed property presentation and an administrative content management panel. This allows the Planex Sofia team to keep information up to date, while potential buyers can reach the properties that match their requirements more quickly.
PROCESS
We began by analysing how potential buyers search for and compare properties within a new residential development. The main challenge was to organise a large amount of information without allowing users to become lost between buildings, entrances, floors, plans and property specifications.
We created a clear information architecture and user journey that guides visitors step by step — from the overall development view to an individual property. The interactive elements were designed to be visually impressive while remaining intuitive and easy to use without additional explanation.
The next stage included the development of the responsive interface, individual property pages and the logic used to manage availability. We also created an administrative environment through which the team can edit key information, update property statuses and manage content without making changes to the codebase.
The final platform was optimised for different screen sizes, fast loading and a consistent experience throughout every major stage of the user journey.
