Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of website-temple.com, its public content, contact forms and free tools offered under the trading name Website Temple.

The operator is Arteficial LTD, Bulgarian company ID (UIC) 206801398, registered address Dobrinova skala 562, 1359 Sofia, Bulgaria, managing director Georgi Veselinov Vasilev.

Where we enter into a separate contract, accepted proposal, order or other written agreement for a specific service, that agreement takes precedence for the relevant project.

You may use the website for information, enquiries and access to public tools. You must not use it in a way that violates law, third-party rights, system security or normal service operation.

• do not submit malicious code, automated spam or content you have no right to use;
• do not bypass access restrictions, rate limits or security controls;
• do not use the tools to scan systems you are not lawfully authorised to access.

Submitting a form, email or tool result does not automatically mean Website Temple has accepted a project and does not by itself create a contract for paid services.

Scope, pricing, timing, milestones, payment terms, support and deliverables are agreed individually. A contract may be formed through a signed agreement, accepted written proposal, order or another valid written arrangement depending on the case.

Payment amounts and schedules are agreed per project and may include advance, milestone or final payments.

If a client fails to fulfil agreed obligations — for example by not providing materials, access, approvals or payments on time — work already performed and costs already incurred are not automatically refundable unless the individual contract or mandatory law requires otherwise.

If Website Temple is responsible for a material failure to perform, the parties will agree an appropriate remedy under the individual contract, which may include correction, additional performance, credit or an applicable refund.

Website Temple provides services including web design and development, web applications, e-commerce, SEO, interactive 3D solutions, AI automation, hosting/maintenance and related digital services.

Clients are responsible for timely provision of required materials, rights, access credentials, feedback and approvals. Delays caused by the client or a third party may affect the agreed schedule.

Support, hosting and subscription services apply only when expressly included in the relevant proposal or contract.

Projects may depend on third-party services such as hosting, domain providers, cloud platforms, APIs, payment providers, email services, analytics or AI providers.

Website Temple does not control and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of external services. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, limits, price changes or other issues arising entirely outside our reasonable control.

This does not release Website Temple from responsibility for its own culpable failure to perform an expressly agreed contractual obligation.

Free tools are generally available without registration, except where a specific function requires external processing. Results are informational and may depend on public data, third-party APIs, browser behaviour, file characteristics or the condition of the analysed website.

Website Grader, Landing Page Analyzer, Sitemap/robots tools and similar checks do not guarantee search rankings, sales, conversions or legal compliance. They do not replace professional legal, accounting, security or other specialist advice.

When using PDF/Word tools, you confirm that you have the right to process and upload the files concerned. Do not upload documents containing special-category personal data, trade secrets or other sensitive information unless you have assessed the risk and have a lawful basis.

Website Temple content, branding, site design, proprietary code, text, graphics and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless stated otherwise.

For client projects, the agreed rights in the final deliverable transfer after full payment of all amounts due and final approval, unless the individual agreement says otherwise.

Pre-existing libraries, frameworks, internal tools, reusable components, know-how and third-party assets remain subject to their own ownership and licence terms.

Website Temple may display a completed project in its portfolio, case studies, social channels and presentations unless confidentiality or another restriction is agreed in writing.

We do not guarantee a particular search-engine position, number of sales, leads, ROAS, traffic or other business result unless a specific measurable outcome is expressly assumed as a contractual obligation.

We make reasonable efforts to keep public content and tools accurate and operational, but do not guarantee that every automated result is error-free or appropriate for every situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Website Temple is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of free tools, public information or a third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or other mandatory grounds where applicable.

The website and services are intended for people aged 18+ and representatives of organisations.

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiations and, where that does not resolve the matter, by the competent courts in Bulgaria, except where mandatory consumer or private-international-law rules provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms when the website, services or applicable rules change. The current version and last-updated date are published here.
