Goals and scenarios

We define what users need to do: select a building, entrance, floor and property, configure a product, inspect details or work with a specialised 3D tool.

3D and CAD asset review

We review the available AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Blender or other source files and plan what needs to be cleaned, separated and prepared for interactive use.

Model optimisation

We reduce geometry and textures, organise materials, create separate interactive parts and prepare GLB or glTF assets for efficient browser delivery.

UX and interactions

We design camera behaviour, hover and selected states, filters, information panels and transitions across the different levels of the experience.

Development and data

We integrate the 3D scene into Next.js, connect it with a database or CMS and build the logic for availability, specifications, enquiries and administration.
