Data we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may process:
- name, email, phone number and preferred contact method;
- project type, goals, budget/timeline when you choose to provide them, and free-text enquiry content;
- URLs submitted to Website Grader, Landing Page Analyzer, Sitemap Generator or other tools;
- analysis results and summarised tool data when you explicitly send an enquiry to Website Temple;
- a PDF report when included with an enquiry from Website Grader or Landing Page Analyzer;
- technical information such as IP address, user-agent, date/time and server logs when required for security, diagnostics and operation;
- where analytics consent is given: visits, pages viewed, source/campaign, device and browser, approximate geography and website interactions measured through Google Analytics 4;
- contract, invoicing and payment information when you become a client.
We do not ask for special-category personal data. Please do not submit sensitive information unless it is strictly necessary and agreed with us in advance.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Performing a contract — project communication, delivery, support, invoicing and agreed services.
- Legal obligations — accounting, tax and other mandatory requirements where applicable.
- Security and abuse prevention — our legitimate interest in protecting the website, services and infrastructure.
- Transactional email — for example, sending a report or confirmation after an enquiry.
- Analytics and marketing — only when such technologies are enabled and valid consent is required and obtained.
We do not rely on consent where processing is necessary to answer your request or perform a contract. Where we do rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Free tools and uploaded files
Most tools can be used without registration and without providing contact details. Contact data is collected only when you explicitly send an enquiry to us.
For PDF ↔ Word and PDF Compressor, the file is sent directly to Adobe PDF Services for processing. Website Temple does not store a copy of the document in its own storage. Adobe processes documents in the selected EU region; according to Adobe’s service documentation, uploaded and generated assets are transiently available for up to 24 hours by default.
Website Grader also uses Google PageSpeed API for part of its technical measurements. The submitted URL may be sent to Google in order to perform that check.
Tools such as QR Generator, UTM Builder and some PDF operations may run locally in your browser depending on the function.
Service providers and recipients
We use providers only to the extent required to operate the website and deliver our services. These may include:
- Netlify — hosting, delivery and technical infrastructure;
- Supabase — database, storage and backend services;
- Resend — transactional email;
- Zoho — business email and communication;
- Adobe PDF Services — PDF/Word conversion and PDF compression;
- Google PageSpeed API — technical analysis of publicly submitted URLs;
- Google Tag Manager — management of measurement tags according to your privacy choices;
- Google Analytics 4 — website usage analytics only after consent to the analytics category;
- Stripe — where an individually agreed payment is processed through Stripe. There is no public checkout on the website as of this policy date.
We may also disclose information to accountants, legal advisers or competent public authorities where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
International data transfers
Some providers are international companies and may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on the safeguards available from the relevant provider and required by applicable law, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism.
The exact data location may depend on the provider, selected region and service configuration.
How long we retain data
- general enquiries and business correspondence: up to 24 months after the last active communication;
- Website Grader / Landing Page Analyzer enquiries: up to 12 months, unless they develop into active business communication or a client relationship;
- client contracts, invoices and accounting records: for the periods required by applicable law;
- technical logs: for a limited period based on security needs and provider configuration;
- Google Analytics 4 event and user-level data: up to 14 months under the Analytics retention configuration when you have consented to analytics;
- Adobe PDF/Word assets: transiently according to Adobe PDF Services terms, up to 24 hours by default.
When data is no longer needed and no legal basis requires us to retain it, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Where the GDPR or other applicable law grants you these rights, you may request:
- access to your personal data;
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure where the legal conditions are met;
- restriction of processing;
- data portability where applicable;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
Send requests to georgi@website-temple.com. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), or where applicable to the data protection authority in your EEA country of habitual residence. CPDP website: cpdp.bg.
Security and automated decisions
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including access controls, HTTPS and restricted access to CRM and administrative data.
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through automated profiling. Scores and recommendations generated by free tools are automated technical assessments for informational purposes.
